Prior to the opening of Bass Fishing Season in June, we now have a one fish Lake Erie Trophy Smallmouth Bass Fishing Season on PA waters.. May thru mid June is the best time to bass fish for that Lake Erie wall Trophy.. Many Smallmouth Bass are caught at this time. After bass season opens in mid June the catching of these hard fighting "bronzebacks" continues until mid July. The Bass fishing picks back up again in the fall as the bass return to the shallow waters of Lake Erie. |
